Professional Experience:

Mr. Gregory has over 20 years of experience in community redevelopment and land development activities in Idaho, Montana, Washington and Florida. This includes 12 years with the City of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho performing the planning, design, surveying, construction management, and permitting of municipal redevelopment projects, as well as land development and new utility and roadway projects.


Mr. Gregory has worked on both the public and private side of the industry. His experience includes numerous utility replacement and roadway redevelopment projects, as well as planning and design of numerous municipal recreation areas. His experience in the West Central Florida area includes permitting projects for both Commercial and Residential
developers as well as complete construction administration and all inspections required for project completion and certification.

 

Construction Inspection & Administration:

Construction Inspection includes: Erosion/Sedimentation Control; inspection of Roadway subgrade, base course, asphalt paving, curbing, driveway access, and sidewalks; inspection of stormwater ponds, drainage inlets, storm manholes, control structures, lamping / TV inspection of storm lines; inspection of sanitary sewer manholes and mains for alignment and grade; lamping and TV inspection; infiltration/exfiltration testing; air testing; pressure testing of force main lines; and pump station draw down testing; inspection of water mains and valves for alignment; cover and proper restraining; pressure testing of water, fire mains, and tapping assemblies to FDEP standards.


Construction Administation includes: Preconstruction meeting with contractor and developer; review bid submittals and prepare letters of recommendation; review and approval of Shop Drawings for accuracy; prepare and recommend approval of Change Orders; respond to contractor’s RAI’s; review contractor’s pay applications for accuracy and field verify quantities; coordinate required inspections for project completion and certification.
